“The Gaia hypothesis is an ecological hypothesis proposing that the biosphere and the physical components of the Earth (atmosphere, cryosphere, hydrosphere and lithosphere) are closely integrated to form a complex interacting system that maintains the climatic and biogeochemical conditions on Earth in a preferred homeostasis.”– Wikipedia This seems to be very similar to the Aboriginal world view. Ie man is an integral part of the world. Gaia’s Laughter

“Mother Nature can provide man’s needs, but not all man’s wants” – el Loco Gringo

The first council of Nicea AD 325, in an effort to expunge all feminity from christianity replaced father, son and shakinah with father, son and holy ghost. Shakinah was the feminine side of god. Analysis testing of “the last supper” by da Vinci reveals that a female figure was painted over, speculation was that it was Mary Magdelen. Just to Jesus’s right (that’s the guy in the red dress. Below) Also expunged was Book of Mary I and II. The wife’s vow, “to love, honor, and cherish” was replaced with, “to love, honor and obey.” The translation involved in the original ceremony was inaccurate. Thus the western world was left with all power and no finesse.

And then there is Azna. Mother God is the emotion. She can move, nurture, intervene and interfere. The relationship between Azna and earth is especially close. She is the harmonizer, the active helper and keeper of life. Her dominion is all living things on earth, from which the cherished image of Mother Nature was inspired. She’s been called the Lady of Lotus by Buddhists, as well as Ashara, Theodora, Sophie and Isis in faiths and cultures throughout the world for centuries upon centuries. Without the all-knowing, all-perfect intellect of Father God (om), we would be pure emotion. Without Azna, we would be pure intellect.

“A deep reverence for Mother Earth lies at the heart of the beliefs and traditions of the native nations of North America. Whether for inhabitants of lush, fertile lands, arid desert, ocean shores, or the harsh subartic, nature is the peoples’ bountiful provider, and earth the sustainer of life. As seen in the lifeways of ancient hunter-gatherers, trappers, and fishers through centuries of adaptation to new circumstances, homelands, and techniques, a profound respect for earth’s fellow-creatures – both philosophical and practical – permeates Native American society.” – Searching Eagle

I have heard the Aboriginal worldview described as Circular. Circular reasoning is an attempt to support a statement by simply repeating the statement in different or stronger terms. In this fallacy, the reason given is nothing more than a restatement of the conclusion that poses as the reason for the conclusion.I don’t see it that way, I see it as “wheels within wheels” and not even “what goes around comes around” but “what goes around comes around goes around etc”. For instance the Mayan 260 day calendar would seem to make no sense unless one considers that the gestation period is 260 days. Thus if a woman conceived on Tzolkin 10 she could expect the birth on Tzolkin 10, As this was synchronized with the Haab (365 day calendar) no calculation was needed

In keeping with Mr. Ted’s suggestion of using “whorls within whorls” rather than “wheels within wheels” I went looking again for cymatics. Even closer to reality however is “waves within waves”

These are some really cool videos. Highly idealized though. It is amazing what emotions can be evoked with such primitave instuments as the flute, the drum and the Moog synthesizer.

Buddha Mind

Posted in Godesses with tags , , , , , , , , , , , , , on September 14, 2010 by ellocogringo

InSingapore I was told I had the “Buddha mind”. Asked around, came up with a definition of “naive wisdom”. Well, OK, I guess. Coupla days ago a Hindu told me that same thing, manager of a convenience store, what else. He’s a pretty fart smeller, at least in my opinion, so I decided to check it out further. Turns out that “buddha mind” AKA “big mind” is what I call normal. I’d just be redundant to go on about it, so I’ll just refer a couple of links if you’re curious. I just noticed that buddha in the top graphic’s got boobs. A female buddha? Just a minute, let me check it out. Thanks for waiting, I’ll be dipped in buzzard puke, there really is a female buddha, Kwan Yin. Link below. I’ll look at it as soon as I post this.

Those of you who have been following me know that I am exploring the tie between loss of the ability to connect with the right mind and the anomie of man and “hole in the soul of the individual. The emptiness inside leaving an aching need that is quickly filled by various ideologies which rob us of our sense of oneness with the universe. In western civilization this theft was first perpetrated by religion and then by education, sometimes backing up the religion. In the case of religion it is to ensure that the peasants be forced to go through the church so as to enrich the church. In the case of education it is to ensure a compliant work force so as to enrich the capitalists. The church enforced harmony by burning heretics at the stake, or in the case of heathens, shoving said stake up the heart of their bottom. Essentially, experiencing God for yourself (in a manner that didn’t enrich the church) was punishable by death. The role of asshole/idiot (used in the clinical sense) appears to be inherent in western civilization. This inability to access the right mind directly is responsible for the disfunction in society, on both an individual and collective level. And psyche, bless her heart, was another path to enlightenment. A neuron trellis. Does anyone (besides idiots) think this society is sane?

Ironically psyche is the root word for psychology, which seems to be dedicated to destroying the psyche, shooting the heretic up with smarticide. (at least they don’t shove a pole up your butt, that’s progress of a sort I suppose.) Psychology is the Inquisition of western civilization. My, aren’t these charming fellows?

Excellent post here Hannibal >Psyche

But the monomyth theory, which dates back to Jung and regards archetypes as “collective dreams”, sees in Psyche’s story universals:

  • the human journey toward self-awareness,
  • our yearning to unify sex and love, body and soul, individual and family,
  • our striving for harmony.

For the ordinary people of the Cathar lands, and especially for the women, the Virgin Mary was in fact worshipped and she was (and is) the Dark Madonnas of southern France and northern Spain and she summoned up all the ancient pagan fertility beliefs of the earth they lived upon. This Virgin Mary was the people’s goddess and the irony of the Cathar massacres is that this Dark Mary survived.

Diva – Isn’t this the paradox of any good idea? The Virgin Mary became an institution of power and control, a diva. By the 16th century her cult was out of control, although this may have helped her pull off the destruction of the Turkish navy at Lepanto in 1571.

DancingInTheFlames – An often misunderstood Feminine force is raised to her place of honor This is a profound exploration of the often misunderstood Dark Goddess and her ability to transform all of us. Marion Woodman leads us all in a deeper understanding of the often unseen & unappreciated aspects of the Feminine, so needed for a soulful life. The dedication of this book to Sophia says it all “Integrity in love is the only true guide to the wisdom that leads to freedom”. Thank you Marion and Elinor for being the wise women who lead us all to freedom by giving our souls the rich sustenance of the numinous Feminine goddesses.

Is this then armagedan II? Another battle in the never ending yin/yang war. The battle between the forces of good, the divine feminine, and the forces of evil the fallen angels of the feminazis?

Consider what religion has done to islam and christianity. Consider what politics has done to democracy. Consider what law has done to justice. Consider “burka Rage” an opening skirmish perhaps? Did the devine feminine attack the suppressed fallen angel? Consider. This is a war that will have no winners. Isn’t it odd how we keep dancing to the same tune, even after the band has stopped playing? ShoppingForBurkas

Is this the angel of death that keeps being alluded to? Is this what brought on the dark ages? Is this the precipice? Is this the abyss? Could be, but there are a lot of candidates. “GOD transcends religion, Religion doesn’t transcend GOD” – eLG

“Religion is shortcut thinking about god” – el Loco Gringo

“The unconsciousness of man is the consciousness of God” -Thoreau

” A scientist challenges God to a creation-of-life competition and then, like God, picks up some dirt to start his work. “Oh no,” says God. “Go get your own dirt.”

Does god exist? Dunno. Kinda depends on how you define god. If she does, I’m pretty sure she’s not Jewish, Catholic or Presbyterian. Or Allah or Buddha or any of the other hypostatized beliefs which have been used to control the masses. Personally. I don’t think she’s that big of an asshole. She is our Self Worth, Pride is what religion calls self worth, one of the seven deadly sins. However, if there is a god, I understand she is not bound by my beliefs. I consider god and religion to be mutually exclusive concepts. I find the people who discount god just as idiotic as those who believe in religion. If the brain fart could be overcome, it may be possible to determine reality. Wouldn’t that be cool? I kinda favor Gaia, although my opinion carries about as much weight as a fart in a hurricane.

So god is inside our skulls. GOD is outside. Or vectors are inside, the universe is outside. Or Wonder is inside, wander is outside. Or science is inside, the cosmos is outside. These are only words. There is something “out there” that we don’t understand. You can call it GOD if you will and our perception of GOD as god.

Religion is a totally different thing. It is an ideology. It is dogma. It is an hipostatized belief imprinted on our minds by monotheistic churches so as to control the masses. Judaism, christianity, science, atheism and islam fall into this category. WHAT? atheism and science are religions? But of course. They are hipostatized belief systems. A central tenet of both is non-belief. Their minds have been imprinted in non-belief in belief. They hold the delusional belief that they understand what is “out there”, or more precisely, what is “not out there”. In fact, there may be a cosmic intelligence “out there” which we are part of and which some people may call GOD. Or…….maybe not! Dunno. Do not confuse cause and effect. Religion and god are mutually exclusive concepts. God is possible, religion is bullshit.

On the other hand Bhuddism, Tao, yoga, jainism, animism, kaballah etc. are totally different things. They are not religions, per se, but paths to enlightenment. They are frameworks used to understand what is “out there”. Like a neuron trellis they focus our thoughts. Like a neuron trellis they provide a path. “It helps to have a god to meditate on, it doesn’t matter which one” – Patel Consider the shaman, once you get past the mysticism, it makes perfect sense, certainly more than psychology (also an ideology).

So a scientist and an atheist are just different types of idiot. It must be so simple to be an idiot, just sprinkle pixie dust on a concept, call it bullshit, and you don’t have to think. Just a slam dunk. A thought stopping mechanism.

When religion replaced god we lost that direct experience. Thomas Aquinas pointed this out when he observed “there is no virtue in performing a good deed if there is no choice”

So, where is god? She is within all of us. She has been suppressed by religion. She has been made taboo by the belief systems which were developed by religion as a method to control the masses. This has left the individual with an insatiable need. We have lost our balance.

This is the “hole in our soul”, the anomie of man.

We are that god we seek

Hindus call our earth Brahma, or God, for they rightly see

“no difference between our earth and the divine.”

The Supreme Cosmic Spirit in Hindu Vedanta philosophy is known as Brahman. One of these Hindu godesses is Kali Maa. She’s kind of a kick ass godess. I like her.

From this perspective the Big Hoochie Koochie IS god and each of us is, as an individual, a Little Hoochie Koochie.

“It’s about sex, it’s all about sex, it’s always all about sex’

Anybody ever talk to a muslim about women? When I was at Wheelus we had a house boy. Achmed. About 15. This kid had some really weird ideas about sex and women. Pretty weird ideas about everything as it turns out but I’ll stick to sex and women. It is, after all, the core tenet of Islam. WTF? you may say, everything I know about Islam tells me the opposite, you may say. Nope! Just hang onto your saddle horn, the omniscient, all seeing, all knowing, munificent and humble Maharishi emeritus el Loco Gringo gonna ‘splain.

To start with, I’m going to have to take a lot of detours, but it will all tie together in the end. (hopefully) Try to keep your balance, we’re diving into insanity here. Oops! first detour. To understand Islam it will be necessary to get into indexed nested detours. Look at it as an exercise in working the nimbility of your dendrites. I guarantee they will be quivering in fear by the time this is over.

To save my typing I’m going to introduce a symbol for detour. It will be based on this. “Only a crazy person can understand how a crazy person thinks” – el Loco Gringo I admit to being crazy, in fact I revel in the panache it lends my personna. BUT, here be dragons. Islamic thinking requires holding several mutually exclusive concepts comfortably in your mind at once, which is dangerous for a crazy person like me, but could easily drive an idiot into insanity. So heed the warning. This could be dangerous to your mental health. Turn your mental TomTom on, make sure you’ve got home enabled or you may not get back. But if you take the proper precautions you should be OK. Just find a comfortable location, preferably without explosive materials available, alert the terrorist SWAT team and relax.

You can really get horny at Wheelus. I was complaining about this to the sarge who commented, “Well there’s always Achmed” “bullshit I don’t go for that shit” “Only 6 people have to know” “why six?” “Achmed doesn’t go for that shit either”

Back to the topic at hand. Simply put, women aren’t human, merely a life support system for a vagina.

Which raises an interesting question. If women aren’t human, they aren’t pure enough to give birth to the messiah. So, how, exactly, is the messiah to be born? Yup! you guessed it. That’s why sharia law requires men wearing baggy pants during ramadan, to catch the messiah. And I bet you thought the “immaculate conception” was weird? This gives a whole new meaning to weird.

Back to the topic at hand. Women. First however we must discuss Libyan society which is exactly the same as all societies. i.e. A thin layer of elite , descendents of the latest conquering people and the peasants. Or as Algonquin J. Calhoon (Amos ‘n Andy) would say the fuckers and the fuckees. In this instance the fuckers are the arabs and the fuckees are the Bedouin.

Actually they call themselves bedouin, the arabs call them berber. comes from the burr burr sound of the language. I never could understand how foreigners could understand each other they all speak a foreign language.

Bedouin hate arabs (I like them already) . Most of them aren’t muslim. The men tattoo their faces and wear veils and the women don’t unless around arabs. I would run into them later in Chad. We had trouble with arabs sneaking on the base stealing stuff. The arabs had a camp right outside the base. It got really bad, one of them was smoking in an ammo bunker and blew it up and the CO decided to do something. He hired a band of bedouin for security and they pitched camp on base. A couple of dead arabs and the stealing stopped. About a week later the arab camp disappeared. Turns out the arabs were afraid to come on base and the bedouin were going off base, killing them and bringing them back across the fence. Look at it from the Bedouin’s point of view, they were being paid to kill arabs, it don’t get no better than that. Please note that the Bedouin is a culture, not a race, there are negro bedouins. It’s a matriachial society. These are the people they’re killing in Darfour.

Please bear with me, I’m trying to weave together the bedouin, parsi, urdu, arab, worldviews overlaid by islam into some sort of framework that the western world view can visualize. Understand that ALL societies work like this. The fuckers and the fuckees, or as el Loco Gringo would say, the assholes and the idiots. This is EXACTLY what is happening in the western hemisphere. Just different fuckers and fuckees. In the mideast the arabs are the fuckers and the bedouin, parsi, urdu and arab are the fuckees. Whoa, what ‘chu mean, how can the arabs be both the fuckers and the fuckees? Simple, the basic societal structure of mankind is the fucker/fuckee one. Arabs have this same structure. Which is why the government of Libya didn’t give a shit about the bedouin killing the arabs on (on and off) the base. They are both fuckees. The same situation exists in the americas, the government doesn’t give a shit about the individual or the amerind. Lakota or joe sixpack makes no difference, they are both fuckees in the fuckers mind.

Back to the topic at hand. Women. So I’ talking to Achmed, a member of the fucker class with an Islamic imprinting. Achmed needed policical pull to get the job, although that’s an abstract concept to an arab (It certainly was to Achmed). The arab society is a patriachal society in contrast to western society which is a matriachal society. (that’s too big a detour to go into herefor the moment just accept it as rhetorical) What this boils down to is that women are fuckees, In the arab view, the fucker has the inherent right to fuck the fuckee in any sense of the word you may use.

So how does arab (not islamic, arab) society deal with the natural overwhelming urge to “go forth and multiply” inherent in our makeup?

In the west the matriarchial society has chosen marriage as the mechanism to assure an illusion of an equitable distrubution of poontang and bannanas.

In the arab world the patriarchal society has chosen virtual poontang. On death Allah will give all the faithful 9 virgins, who somehow remain perpetually virgin. I notice that there is virtual virgin inflation, the number has gone from 9 to 10,000 to entice young males to “die for allah”. Even thinking about pussy will earn you eternal damnation. No wonder they’re so pissed.

This is not Islam, but the arab culture overlaid on Islam. Islam started out being progressive and egalitarian but has been hijacked by the arab worldview, in the same sense that western civilization has been hijacked by religion. (matriarchal vs patriarchal remember?) Different manifestation of the same process.

The same scenario as charlie chimp, the alpha males get first dibs on the bannanas and poontang.

Just my original quest, It all boils down to the assholes and the idiots having a synergistic relationship, with the idiots seeking to be beat up on by the assholes, which need is satisfied.

Paleolithic redux

Just to round this out, the arab/islam worldview has no concept of statism so strictly speaking can’t be called a civilization. None of these people recognize the lines the west has put on the map.

This is heaven to a moslem, the Sex angel. The virtual vagina.

I am postjudiced.

The Big Karuna

Karuna is incompletely translated as compassion. Compassion has overtones of pity, whereas karuna has overtones of oneness, connectedness. A deep love for all beings. kwan yin is one who “hears the cries of the world” More akin to the Greek agape.

Not to be confused with kama (lust) the KamaSutra (collection of such aphorisms in the form of a manual) then is a book on the physical act of love. Not even as noble as “making love” it is concerned only with sensual pleasures associated with sex. On this topic, it is interesting to note that mohammed wanted to translate the kama sutra into Arabic, a 180 degree switch in zeitgeist. I saw temples in India decorated like the one at left. I started counting the different positions and got lost somewhere around 100. Some of the positions looked like they’d hurt.

Again I’m not going to wast time talking about quan ying. The thing I like most about her is that there is no right way to spell her name. What I didn’t like was the joss sticks. Almost like pepper spray. This is the temple at Penang, in malaya. It’s near the Genting Highlands where I used to go to play golf. This is a link to the Awana resort.. $70 bucks a night may seem steep but it’s a plush place, golf is free as are the activities. And it’s cool. When ready for bed they’ll come up, fluff the pillow and tuck you in. Kind of an embarassing decadence. Going to Malaya from Singapore is like going to Mexico from the US.

Sajani Shakya – Child Goddess

The Kumari, or virgin deity, is a Hindu cult practised in Nepal, and represents the reincarnation of Dea Taleju Bhawani, also known in India as Durga. The Kumari are chosen among the Buddhist children of the Newar Shakya caste, resident in Kathmandu for at least three generations; the cast is the same one to which Buddha belonged. Even if chosen among Buddhists they are equally venerated by Hindus. During her annual feast, Kumari Jiatra, she is permitted to go out in public in a covered carriage.

They are born mortal humans, members of the lower castes, but are then elevated to the realms of the living deities; forced to live in isolation from early childhood, without friends and deprived of an education, on their first menstruation or sign of illness they return human once more, have to drastically adapt themselves to the difficulties of everyday life. They are the Kumari, Hinduism’s living deities, who are now beginning to rebel against the “inhuman superstitions” who in Nepal, are forced to live a lonely single life, deprived of affection in the belief that anyone who marries them will die within a few months.

This post is a placekeeper I use as a memopad to resources. It is not complete, nor will it ever be. As I find interesting stuff in regard to the re-emergence of the devine feminine, I will upload them to divshare and provide downloadable links at the bottom. Isopata is a good place to start.

Comentary I see some really disturbing trends in society. In the ’70’s Feminism was an egalitarian movement. It has turned vicious and society is deteriorating rapidly. Consider Islam, what started as an egalitarian inclusive progressive society has been hijacked by wingnuts and we are left with an oppressive society, psychotic in nature. ApocolypseSoon or ReturnToBalance The choice is yours or you can buy your burkas girls.
Isopata – the seal The double Ax was the symbol of the Snake Priestess. The Snake Priestess of Minoan Crete were the keepers of the Goddess’s Double Ax. The Hall of the Double Ax is one of the most complete Goddess worship sites ever discovered. Thousands of devotees would gather there to do the spiral dance.

AKA Feminine God Mother God, Heavenly Mother, Sophia, Isis, Lakshmi, Tara, Azna, Gaia, Mother Earth, shakinah, mythos and other names are all aspects of the Divine Feminine

Glorification of the divine feminine. Latter-day Saints infer from authoritative sources of scripture and modern prophecy that there is a Heavenly Mother as well as a Heavenly Father. (This supprised even me.) So what does this all mean? If we look at the world through the spirituality tunnel, we perceive the universe. If we were physicists we may call it the space time continuum. If we are oriental, we may call it Tao. If we are religious we may call it GOD (caps, the real GOD). If we are Hindu we see no distinction. But this is just a word, and the word is not the concept. This perception is evaluated by the right mind in a parallel/boolean network as god. (small caps) this perception is interpreted by the left mind as religion. If the child has been imprinted (instilling values) The algorithm of the left mind is imprinted on the right mind resulting in an ideology, usually permanent, The RBF. The right mind has been hijacked.

If we are oriental we may use the tao mobile. So the words we use to describe TAO is entirely dependent on worldview and whether our mind has been hijacked. (you may call it the space/time continuum, nirvana, god, doesn’t matter, these are all words used to describe our perception of tao.

Bast is first and foremost a protectress; specifically of the royal house and the Two Lands. Later she got the life-preserving goddess of joy and protector of women. However, Bast’s original role did not include the “cat as sex symbol” archetype. Worshiped in the Delta city of Bubastis and usually depicted as a cat or in human form with the head of a cat, Bast was seen as a protector of cats and those who cared for them. “Cat as sex symbol” doesn’t do a lot for me. I do however have a keen interest in Bastet, the feline aspect of this particular divinity.

Cats were domesticated soon after the agricultural period started. (although from my perspective cats domesticated us). They were really valued by the ancient egyptians. Killing one was a death penalty. There were actually two types of cat. The swamp cat (bastet) and the domestic cat (miu) (pronounced meow). Meow is “people talk” for a cat, by the way. They don’t say meow to each other, they are communicating to people. Hmm! Bastet was viewed as the “eyes of Horus” the egyptian god of flatulence. Cats were revered in Egypt, when the household cat died the members of the family shaved their eyebrows. They were even mumified where people would pay the priests of the temple to mumify a cat. Analysis of these mummies showed that they were “helped in their journey”. So a cat had a pretty good life in Egypt as long as they stayed away from the temples.

This is my interest in the matter. I had one of these things. They’re somewhat bigger than a domestic cat. Their tail is also thick and bony. When agitated, he would flip his tail back and forth and if it hit your shin, it hurt. Most distinct was his head, his nose went from the top of his skull straight to his nose, his head was thin which meant he had to look directly at you giving the appearance of staring. I can see why they were called the “eyes of Horus”. Rather disconcerting. He knew how to open the bathroom door, and when we had guests he would go in and watch. The ladies were quite disturbed. Actually he didn’t care about them peeing, he knew that when they got off the porcelain spring it would have cold water. If he thought about it at all, he probable thought she pee’d clear spring water. Here’s a picture I think shows what I’m talking about. Oddly enough the reason I got him was an idiot in the neighborhood had asked the spca to pick up the stray cats in the neighborhood. the mice population exploded. lucky she didn’t start black death II.

While I’m talking about critters, has anybody ever seen a tiger? I don’t mean those wimpy little things you see in the zoo. I mean a TIGER. Living in Singapore you tend to forget that right across jahore bahru is tropical jungle. My wife and I would go into Malaya for the beach. On one of these outings I saw a tiger strolling down the beach, and decided to take a swim. My original plan was to swim to the Philipines, but then I remembered that these waters were notorious for sharks. So, as I wait waist deep, I make a mental note to myself “in the future, if there is one, try to maintain better situational awareness”. For some reason, these things seem bigger when there are no bars between you.

Yet another critter I ran into in Singapore. This is the Singapura, found nowhere else. Called the Singapore love cat because of their affectionate nature. Smaller than a domestic cat they are quite rare outside of Singapore where they are considered a national treasure. Affectionate little beggers. Singapura

Blue Russian

Ah here’s a jewel. One spring in NC I was airing out the house, and saw a flash of movement going under my bed. Figuring it was one of my cats I ignored it for awhile. When it didn’t come out I got down on the floor to coax it out. It was a really scrawny cat, weighing less than 3 pounds and filthy. After vacuuming it I found it to be a beautiful cat. Have you ever seen a blue animal? I hadn’t. The picture doesn’t do it justice, it had an irridescent sheen when the light flectorized off it. So I did some research. It looks like a Russian Blue, a favorite of Tzar Nicholas who was the only one allowed to have them. When the Romanov family was executed the cats were killed with them. Bye, Bye rusian blue. BUT! It later turned out that Tzar Nicholas had given 12 of them to the King of Sweden at the time. They’re really quite rare. He had been declawed, and I really didn’t have any use for a cat that couldn’t back off a doberman, so I contacted the blue russian society. They were quite skeptical, they knew where all the blue russians were, don’t you know? I sent them some pictures and they sent someone out to check him out. He was sitting on the hood of my car when she arrived and she ignored me and said “Holy shit, it really is a blue russian”. She scooped it up and I could see I’d have to fight her to get it back. There’s no mistaking it if you’ve ever seen one. They had no idea where it came from. Not bad for something you find under the bed.

Here’s another odd one. At dusk one day toodling down a country road in NC I saw this animal on the side of the road in much the same posture as the picture. It looked like a dingo, which I had seen in Australia (huge ears, right size). “What in the hell is a dingo doing in NC?” A few days later I had taken one of my cats to the vet and saw a poster offering a $1000 reward for a serval cat. Damn it looked like what I saw. I called her up to tell her about it and a few days these same posters began appearing around the neighborhood. A few days later she called me back to say she got her cat. Someone had seen the poster came home from work and saw it waiting with his cat in the driveway. He opened the garage door, they both went in, and he closed it and called her up. She told me she paid $5000 for it and it could run 50 MPH. it’s like a mini cheetah. Which left me to wonder “why would anyone pay $5000 for a cat, specially one that could run 5o MPH?”

I lived in the country and occasionally would see this one along with mine at the food bowl. Didn’t seem very friendly though.

The Black Death was one of the deadliest pandemics in human history, peaking in Europe between 1348 and 1350. Cats fell out of grace beginning with pope innocent III. (Pope idiot III) doesn’t he look like a goober? He started the black death.
Nefertiti. A lot of people do not know that sometimes the pharohs were black. There was the lower kingdom which was up on the map, then there was the upper kingdom which was low on the map. Go figure. That’s why I picked the choclate princess above.

Freya & Frigga

Posted in Godesses with tags , , , , , , , , , on June 27, 2010 by ellocogringo

The well traveled el Loco Gringo may be able to disambiguate freya and frigga. Ther is much debate as to whether they are one or two goddesses. They’re just dancing around what is being said. While Hemingwaying my way around the world I spent time in the Hundsruck in germany, (the mosel valley) In this area frigga is referred to as Liebensgottenfreya (germans don’t normally use adjectives but just keep stacking existing words together until they get the meaning they intend)

So if you stop the music frigg means fuck (don’t blame me for your TMI block), lieben means love, gotten means very and freya is the goddess Freya. So what you end up with is Frigga IS Freya when she’s horny. Or, the goddess of lust. And oddly enough, we are invoking her blessings many times a day without realizing it. We invoke a pagan goddess daily.

Here’s what George Carlin had to say on the topic.

Perhaps one of the most interesting words
in the English language today, is the word FUCK. Out of all of the English words which begin with the letter F, FUCK is the only word referred to as the “F” word, it’s the one magical word. FUCK as most words in the english language, is derived from German, the word “frigga”.

In English, FUCK falls into many grammatical categories.

As a transitive verb, for instance.
John FUCK-ed Shirley.
As an intransitive verb, Shirley FUCKS.
It’s meaning’s not always sexual;
it can be used as an adjective, such as
John’s doing all the FUCK-ing work.
As part of an adverb,
Shirley talks too FUCK-ing much.
As an adverb enhancing an adjective,
Shirley is FUCK-ing beautiful.
As a noun, I don’t give a FUCK.
As part of a word abso-FUCKING-lutely,
or in-FUCKING-credible.
And, as almost every word in the sentence,
FUCK the FUCK-ing FUCK-ers.

As you must realize,
there aren’t too many words
with the versatility of FUCK.
As in these examples describing situations
such as fraud,
I got FUCK-ed at the used car lot.
Dismay, Aw FUCK it.
Trouble, I guess I’m really FUCK-ed now.
Agression, Don’t FUCK with me buddy.
Difficulty, I don’t understand this FUCK-ing question.
Inquiry, Who the FUCK was that?
Dissatisfaction, I don’t like what the FUCK is going on here.
Incompetence, He’s a FUCK-off.
Dismissal, Why don’t you go outside and play hide-and-go-FUCK yourself?

I’m sure you can think of many more examples.
With all these multi purpose applications,
how can anyone be offended when you use the word?
We say, use this unique, flexible word more often in your daily speech.
It will identify the quality of your character immediately.
Say it loudly, and proudly!
FUCK you!

Mother God, Heavenly Mother, Sophia, Isis, Lakshmi, Tara, Azna, Gaia, Mother Earth, shakinah, mythos and  other names are all aspects of the Divine Feminine

We must not, however, forget the masculine god Om

“Without the all-knowing, all-perfect intellect of Father god (om), we would be pure emotion. Without Mother god (Azna), we would be pure intellect.”

“Om, therefore, represents both the unmanifest (nirguna) and manifest (saguna) aspects of God. That is why it is called pranava, to mean that it pervades life and runs through our prana or breath”

Hindi Worldview

Mother Azna Ask Azna Om & Azna

I continue to be struck by the non-inconsistencies of the various world views.  These are just various ways we project our dual mind’s interpretations onto the universe.  It’s all the same thing.  Just depends on which tunnel we look through.  If you are aware of the feminine god, by whatever name, you are centered, in the zone, connected.  Else, you’re an idiot

For I am the first and the last

I am the venerated and the despised

I am the prostitute and the saint

I am the wife and the virgin

I am the mother and the daughter

I am the arms of my mother

I am barren and my children are many

I am the married woman and the spinster

I am the woman who gives birth and she who never procreated

I am the consolation for the pain of birth

I am the wife and the husband

And it was my man who created me

I am the mother of my father

I am the sister of my husband

And he is my rejected son

Always respect me

For I am the shameful and the magnificent one.”

She of the throne

AKA Creation, Creatrix of the Nile Flood, Diadem of Life, Divine Mother, Female Principle in Nature, Fresh Tuft, Fructifier, Giver of Life, Goddess of Moisture, Green Goddess, Lady of Green Crops, Mistress of the Earth, She of Green Wings and Crescent Moon, Lotus-bearing   WikiIsis

One of the more popular gods of the Egyptian pantheon.  Her following spread throughout the greco-roman civilization until the clampdown on paganism.  That uncomfortable looking thing on top of her head is the symbol of the throne.  Check out this video Wings of Isis

She is still popular.  I found the shrine on the right on eBay.  It was bid up to $45.

The Egyptians had a slew of gods, makes one wonder when they had time to build the pyramids

Wonder Woman

Does anyone remember the Wonder Woman series popular in the ’70s with Linda  Carter as the star?  The series was based on Isis.  At well over 6′ she was perfect for the role. That’s all she did however, there wasn’t much demand for someone who dwarfed John Wayne.  Her golden lariat which would force someone to speak the truth is straight out of Isis.  And how about that invisible car.  (this is actually a crystal lexis, every time I tried to put a black background on Wonder Woman’s car it disappeared) There’s a lot of bling available for wonder woman.

Has anyone seen the King Tut exibit in LA.  Do not miss it or Linda will come get you

Bigger than the mountains am I,
The Empress of the gods am I
The Queen of heaven am I
The earth’s mistress am I

Babylonian/Assyrian Goddess of love, fertility and war.  Personally I think she’s the same as Isis. The theme of Ishtar is common in bellydancing.  Below is a clip.  bellydance comes in different genres.  The first is gothic, The second is “wings of Ishtar”, and the third is traditional.  Do not pass up this clip, these gals are awesome.

BDSuprstars BellyQueen BDGothic IshtarBellyDancers

I’ve been to the mid east and seen these things.  Mostly tawdry affairs, a bunch of hard legs feeling up the dancers.  The dancers were mostly widows, in islam, if a woman is “soiled” or has no man to take care of her, she must go into prostitution, dancing or starve.  But allah loves them.  In Cairo I went to a couple of hotel and saw a higher quality, mostly Italian and East European.   Still not up to what you see in the west.  The best come from Sao Paulo followed closely  by NY

World Mother

Jai Kali Ma

Now this is a goddess I could really get into. Hindu gods come in different incarnations depending on their mood. PMS I guess, or maybe PTSD. Whatever the cause they seem to have really bad mood swings. As I have mentioned I am interested in how the mind works only and am fascinated with different cultures, theology? not so much. Check the gal on the left, rather sweet motherly type, wouldn’t you say? That’s who she is to her friends. Now check the one on the right, that’s who she is to her enemies. (Long Tongue, she laps up abloutions) In case you can’t make it out she is wearing a necklace made of severed heads. Click on the pictures to enlarge. Here’s a really good short explaination so I won’t go into it.

Shakti maa the power mother goddess

I’ve included the sound track below in case you want to get psyched up for road rage or go wilding with the boys.

You might get re-incarnated as a psychologist.

Shakti maa the power mother goddess

As I have mentioned, I spent time in Singapore and flew all over the east repairing computer systems. One of these systems was in Serangoon Road, the heart of the Hindu community. There was a temple, Chitier (pronounced shitier) which had all kinds of fun activities. These people are not really known for their conservative architecture. Click on these pictures to enlarge.

Do NOT piss off Kali Maa.

One of the social activities they really got into was firewalking. They would stoke up a coal fire in a pit to the point I couldn’t get within 15 feet of it, then leisurely stroll across. Kinda like baptists holding bake sales I guess. Witnessing this stuff first hand gives a really surreal feeling. Makes my minds run around in my skull like hampsters in an exercise ball.

Another fun activity was the thaipusam festival. It should be noted that some of the traditional hindu practices are banned in most countries. Stuff like killing infant female children, or burning the wife along with the husband at funerals. Things like body piercing, Kavadis, and self mutilation are, however, still permitted in Singapore and Kuala Lumpar. Vanquished I love the expression on that gal’s face “Oops! They didn’t tell me it was going to hurt.” Check this picture, those are fishooks stuck into his back pulling a cart. And they don’t mince down the road, they boogie, the oranges swinging back and forth. The people themselves, however, are quite gentle, maybe the religion is cathardic and gets it out of their system.

Some of the temples I saw in india were completely decorated in porn. Jainism I think. Then there’s the Kama Sutra kind of a vedic “Joy of sex”. I walked around one temple in India and came up with more than 100 positions before I gave up. Some of them looked like they’d hurt. While speaking of architecture the Taj Mahal comes to mind, built by shah Jahan for his main squeeze. He must have really had the hots for her. That’s one I didn’t get to see.

The deposed Christian goddess

“God transcends religion, religion doesn’t transcend God”

Shakinah means “presence of God” and relates to the feminine aspect of the Holy Trinity. It is the energy that sanctifies from within the dimension of matter or the Holy Spirit. Shekinah is the visible manifestation of the divine presence. One place within the Old Testament it appeared as the cloud that followed the children of Isreal in the desert.

Try to maintain temporal awareness. In 325AD at the council of Nicea, Christianity was de-feminized. Constantine viewed the church as a method to unify the Roman Empire by turning the populace into golems. (robots hadn’t been invented yet) Father and mother god (Yahweh and Shekinah) were replaced with Father, son and holy spirit (a neutered Shekinah). Crystal Links Has an excellent discussion on the evolution of Shekinah as a concept, although oddly they stopped right before the Deicide at Nicea. The explanation given is bullshit. The council was convened to de-feminize christianity so as to control the masses. (ensure that the hyper-males received primacy in the poon-tang and banana receiving department) The book of Mary I and II were removed as was the gospel of St Peter. Thus what is described as a mono-theistic religion is in fact a mono-mind religion (shut down the right mind). What do you call that? Devine Gynocide? No, Deicide – The act of killing a god, God had been murdered. And christianity did it.

Here’s some of what they didn’t want you to know.

Shekinah a.k.a. the Hebrew Shachan, Schechinah, Matrona, etc. (“to reside”) – the cabalistic feminine aspect of God, a.k.a. the Holy Bride; the female manifestation of God in man, the divine indwelling (inwohnung).

The Shekinah was said to have appeared to Moses in the burning bush. The Shekinah also descended in the pillar of smoke that guided the Israelites through the desert.

The Shekinah rested on Mount Sinai when the Ten Commandments were given to the children of Israel. Oops! Got a slight problem here, the Israelites didn’t speak english. No wonder they were confused when given the 12 (or 14 or 17, but at least 12) commandments. commandments Hammurabi

The Talmud teaches that the Shekinah is everywhere. The Shekinah Glory Meaning the very presence of God, is obliquely referred to in the bible, often portrayed as a pillar of flame or smoke. Said to be some scary shit. Hmmm! Arc of the covenent I’ve got my own take on this, I think that what is being described is what is known as nirvana, a direct access to the right mind. Here’s a first hand description of the Shekinah Glory Stroke of insight Found here> Chrysalis This will save you years of translating english translations of latin translations of greek translations of hebrew translations of aramaic translations of what’s happening. In case you’re curious, This is what Jesus thought on the topic, Nicea being far in the future. (try to maintain your temporal awareness). I’ve read Mary I and II which show Jesus to be a pain in the ass normal kid. I can picture, “Jesus, get your butt back in the house or I’ll have Joseph beat it when he gets back home. And quit with the miracles, you’re scaring the neighbors. Quit playing with them Philistines” It seems clear that the philistines are todays Palestinians, This definition from the urban dictionary. “You, sir, are a philistine, a member of the “great unwashed” and of a boorish or barbarous nature. Even the visigoths wouldn’t have them over. QED clip here> JC Superstar Entire Jesus Christ Superstar here> JCSS

And, as always the erudite and eloquent omniscient, all seeing, all knowing and ever so humble maharishi emeritus el Loco Gringo has once again tied it all in together. The ANN can. So, in the christian world, Shekinah is the inner child. The right minds perception of the universe (or GOD if you prefer). The Anomie of man is due to her absence (in the west) The “hole in the soul” This is the RBT, the Religious Brain Fart, the inability to spiritualize.

Do not mis-interpret what I am saying as an indictment of christianity. If you are comfortable in using christianity as a neuron trellis to expand your awareness of the universe, feel free to use the word god, it’s the same concept. Just do not allow religion to get between you and God. Remember, there is a little bit of God within you. If you’re going to use this framework, communicate directly. If religion comes into conflict with your awareness of God, go with God. Jesus was a messenger with a vision on knowing God as Einstein was a messenger in knowing the universe. They were both working on the same phenomenon. Just using different words.

This is the error in atheism. Athiesm is, in and of itself, a dogma, a religion if you will. No different than any of the others. There is a GOD but god is inside the skull. If you want to see GOD look out the window. If you want to see god look inside. Athiests confuse religion for god. (if she hasn’t been replaced by religion) She is Tabool

Do what you will, but harm no one

Another “Mother Earth” type of belief.  I guess you could call it neo-aboriginal European.  Wicca (pronounced [ˈwɪkə]) is a neopagan, nature-basedreligion.[1] It was popularised in 1954 by Gerald Gardner, a retiredBritish civil servant, who at the time called it a “Witch cult” and “Witchcraft”, and its adherents “the Wica”.[2] “Wicca is the largest of the Neopagan religions. Wiccans have great reverence for the Earth and for their Goddess and her consort, the horned God. Their main rule of behavior is the Wiccan Rede which forbids them from harming people, including themselves, except in some cases of self-defense.“- Wikepedia
“Contrary to what those who choose to persecute or lie about us wish to believe, Wicca is a very peaceful, harmonious and balanced way of thinking and life which promotes oneness with the divine and all which exists. Wicca is a deep appreciation and awe in watching the sunrise or sunset, the forest in the light of a glowing moon, a meadow enchanted by the first light of day.   It is the morning dew on the petals of a beautiful flower, the gentle caress of a warm summer breeze upon your skin, or the warmth of the summer sun on your face.   Wicca is the fall of colorful autumn leaves, and the softness of winter snow.   It is light, and shadow and all that lies in between.  It is the song of the birds and other creatures of the wild.   It is being in the presence of Mother Earths nature and being humbled in reverence.

When we are in the temple of the Lord and Lady, we are not prone to the arrogance of human technology as they touch our souls.   To be a Witch is to be a healer, a teacher, a seeker, a giver, and a protector of all things.   If this path is yours, may you walk it with honor, light and integrity.”- Herne

god is dead

But not GOD

Religion killed Her

Centering then is the awareness of god, not the bullshit de-feminized god of christianity but the awareness that we are an integral part of the universe.  Whether you call her the big hoochie koochie,  Cosmic standing wave, spacial forcing, divine cosmic awareness, gaia, mother earth, azna doesn’t matter.  Centering is our connectedness with the universe.  Christianity has robbed us of the ability to experience god for ourselves

god has been murdered   Christianity killed her.

Feel The Love

Another group of aboriginals is the maori of New Zealand.  Delicate movements and chanting music are used to convey the love between two teams Prior to an athletic event.  Haka (fire words) The first video demonstrates this choreographed event between two opposing teams prior to a match.  The first is a Haka (Harmony And Kindness Always)   In a match between patea and tonga.  The deeply moving rendition of “I’m gonna cut your dick off and stick it in your ear” is answered contrapuntally by the melancholy “I’m gonna tear your head off and shit down your windpipe” performed by the paete blacks and the tonga reds.  HakaTonga .  The next is a performance by the ladies titled “I’m gonna twirl your severed testicles around and feed them to the dogs”  Poi E This subtlety is lost on the westerner, however, as seen in the match between New Zealand and Scotland.  HakaScot Attempts to emulate this spiritual rite seems to lose the delicate nuances inherent in the language of the Maori.  HakaAussieI had the good fortune to visit New Zealand, I wish I had more time.  I only spent an afternoon at patea and was sitting in the grass watching a performance of Poi e, No they’re not really the severed balls of enemies but white flowers similar to a carnation.  Twirling is supposed to bring love.  I wish i had more time.  It looked fascinating. The Maori Click on the link below the video to get a history of the Maori.  It’s a shame these guys never tangled with the Vikings.  It would have been glorious.

“Be Strong, be brave, be steadfast and sure”

Why is the nude taboo? Return to Feminine God

When Thinking of clothes the first thought that comes to mind is protection against the weather. Well, OK, maybe.

Or maybe it’s because the guys won’t get a lot of work done with naked women running around. That’s better. But maybe it’s to keep the males from seeing the primacy of femaleness.

Don’t really know where I’m going with this. I’ve seen a lot of things that don’t seem to add up. For instance; In Singapore my secretary (Thai) kept doing these aerobic exercises when she wasn’t otherwise busy. When I asked, she responded she couldn’t afford a breast implant “But why? You’re Thai, You’re supposed to be flat cheasted.” (orientals are flat chested unless nursing) But she didn’t want to look like a yokel fresh out of the rice paddies. She was in a western society and the desire to get her bumps pumped had more to do with wanting to appear “civilized” rather than vanity. S’poreBumpPumpers

It’s a big business there. They also sell a lot of silicone brasseries which they call “over the shoulder bolder holsters“. S’pore is also the capital of sex change operations. A male transformed into a female is called a shemale. Believe it or not, these are all men.

There was even a local movie made “Bugis Street”. Prostitutes are called “china girls” and belong to a union PUSSI, Prostitutes United for Sexual Services Inc. This place will definitely scramble your ideas on sex.

In rural areas of Indonesia women typically walk around topless. In fact they are distinctly uncomfortable when required to wear a top. In african muslim areas they will go topless and wear a veil. Even among women the awrah (area between the navel and the knees) must be covered. Weird shit man.
